Frequently Asked Questions

For best results, please provide vector .EPS .PDF files size to scale. If sending .AI files, please assure that all text has been converted to outlines.

For files that includes images / graphics that are not vector, please send high resolution .JPEG or .PDF files sized to scale. Lower scale files, such as stickers, small signs, apparel images, sponsor logos, photos, etc, should have original resolutions of 100dpi to 300dpi. Large scale files such as vehicle graphics, banners, large signs, etc, can be saved as low as 72dpi.

If using Adobe Photoshop, please assure that the quality appears “printready” without pixelation when viewing at 100%. If using Adobe Illustrator, please assure that all images are embedded in the artwork, and not just “placed”.

Artwork fees may apply if / when files are not submitted properly. Our graphic designers will discuss rates with you depending on the scope of your project.

Absolutely! For small to medium products, we use Roadie to deliver same day packages in the Metro Atlanta area. For larger items that may require a cargo van, we can deliver personally within the Metro Atlanta area too.

We also ship nationwide, so if you are not in the Atlanta area, we still have you covered!

Yes! We can ship any item nationwide, and we love to travel too! If you have a specific event that requires hands-on installation, we will send our team anywhere in the United States to accommodate your needs.
